Milbank LLP Corporate partner Scott Golenbock served as a panelist at the Society for Corporate Governance 2025 Eastern Regional Conference on October 20 in New York City.
Mr. Golenbock spoke on a panel titled, “The Future is Now: Governance in the Age of Generative AI,” which explored the legal and regulatory challenges AI presents to corporate boards and legal advisors. He was joined by Jonathan Wendt, Vice President & Assistant Corporate Secretary, Meta Platforms; Joseph Lo, Head of Enterprise Platforms, Broadridge; Joe Walsh, Partner, Technology Risk Practice, PwC; and Alexandra Decknick, Vice President, IT Risk & Resilience, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.
Focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate and securities law, Mr. Golenbock has been involved in negotiated and hostile acquisitions, cross-border transactions, divestitures, joint ventures, spin-offs, corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters across a range of industries.
