Olivia Choe, Litigation & Arbitration partner at Milbank LLP and former Chief Litigation Counsel of the SEC's Division of Enforcement, will serve as a panel moderator at GIR Live: Women in Investigations 2026 in London on June 10, 2026.
Ms. Choe will moderate the panel titled, "Fits and Starts: Updates on Whistleblower Protection Measures, Incentive Programmes and Activity (or Silence) Around the Globe," scheduled from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. The session will examine trends in whistleblower awards and government programs, the EU Whistleblower Directive's progress in its fifth year, high-profile whistleblower cases and their impact on enforcement, and managing retaliation risk during investigations.
