Olivia Choe, Litigation & Arbitration partner at Milbank LLP and former Chief Litigation Counsel for the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, will speak at the Securities Enforcement Forum DC on Thursday, October 30.
Ms. Choe will be speaking on the panel discussion on “The SEC and Cybersecurity: Rulemaking, Enforcement, and Coordination with the DOJ and Other Regulators.” In this session, the panel will discuss recent developments in cybersecurity rules, enforcement actions and litigation, including the priorities of the current administration.
Ms. Choe’s practice focuses on high-stakes litigation and civil and criminal enforcement actions. As a former federal prosecutor and SEC attorney, she has successfully tried both criminal and civil cases. In her former role as Chief Litigation Counsel at the SEC, Ms. Choe oversaw the nationwide litigation and trial program for the SEC’s Division of Enforcement.
