Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Nola Heller will speak at the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA) 2024 White Collar Crime Institute on May 23 in New York.
Ms. Heller joins the “Emerging Issues in Federal Sentencing” panel, which will focus on recent amendments to the sentencing guidelines, loss amount as a driver in white collar sentencing, ways to advocate for clients with US probation, and dealing with the threat and imposition of financial penalties.
Ms. Heller is the co-head of Milbank’s White Collar and Investigations Group in New York and has nearly 20 years of experience as a former federal prosecutor and defense attorney.
