Milbank Technology and Outsourcing partner Nicholas Smith will speak on a virtual panel titled “Meeting the Challenge of Operational Resilience” at the Information Security and Operational Resilience Conference hosted by Institute of International Bankers (IIB) on Monday, March 22, 2021. He will join a panel of experts from Deutsche Bank, KPMG, and the New York City Cyber Command to discuss the current standards and best practices for operational resilience and explore key challenges, including outsourcing/third-party service providers.
