In the latest recognition of her outstanding legal work, Milbank LLP’s new Corporate partner Lisa O’Neill received the prestigious Corporate and commercial: Individual (London) of the year award from Legal 500 UK 2020.
The award follows a stream of accolades for Lisa in 2019. Having been recognised as Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Year in Mergers and Acquisitions by Law360, she earned the M&A Deal of the Year International M&A Award from The M&A Advisor for advising Praxair Inc on its US$10 billion divestments of assets in Europe, North America and South America (required for the consummation of the US$90 billion Praxair-Linde merger), and was named Best in Mergers & Acquisitions by Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Women in Business Law Awards - Europe.
