Milbank Intellectual Property Partner Lawrence Kass served as overall townhall facilitator for a number of panel discussions at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 16th Annual Bench & Bar Program which took place June 18 – 21, 2014 in Asheville, North Carolina. The townhall sessions bring together the entire Federal Circuit community for an interactive discussion of issues important to community members. The 2014 topics included Rehearing En Banc, SEP and RAND, Hot Issues in Damages Litigation: The Entire Market Value Rule, Apportionment and more, Navigating the NPE highway, and Patent Office Review of Issued Patents.
