Julian Stait, head of Milbank LLP’s London Litigation and Arbitration team, participated in a panel discussion titled “Private Enforcement: Roundup of Key Cases & Developments” at the CompLaw: UK conference on March 10.
Mr. Stait and co-panelist Iona McCall of AlixPartners focused on recent judgments concerning the issue of pass-on, the importance of the Supreme Court’s recent decision in the FX proceedings, and how the Competition Appeal Tribunal has changed its approach to competition litigation, including collective proceedings.
