John Williams, partner in Milbank’s Alternative Investments Practice Group, will participate as a panelist on the “CCPs – The New Too Big to Fail?” panel at the 2015 FIA Law and Compliance (L&C) Conference. The conference will be held April 29th through May 1st at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Maryland.
The panel focuses on the growth of central counterparties (CCPs) and the resulting concerns for legal and compliance professionals, such as the consequences of a CCP’s failure, the notion of qualifying central counterparties (QCCPs), and the significance of mutual recognition.
