Mr. Orme has demonstrated unmatched credentials in this evolving field. His work has not only advanced clean energy and ESG goals within individual deals but has contributed to systemic change across legal, financial, and regulatory ecosystems. His experience involves several award-winning sustainability linked financing projects which were recognized by various industry publications including Yondr Group’s US$900 million financing of a 98MW data center campus in Johor, Malaysia. The project is the first phase of a 72.5-acre data center campus that will deliver up to 340 megawatts of critical IT capacity when fully complete, making it one of the largest and most technologically advanced data centers in Asia Pacific. The hyperscale data-center campus will also be certified by the Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies green building program, which is IFC's green building certification system focused on making buildings more resource efficient. This transaction was named “Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year, APAC” by IJGlobal Asia Pacific Awards 2024, and “Project Finance Deal of the Year” by IFLR’s Asia-Pacific Awards 2025. Another similar transaction is AdaniConneX's US$1.5 billion financing for the development of up to five data centers in India. The financing is India’s largest sustainability-linked financing which provide for margin adjustments when certain key performance Indicators are achieved, such as the Power Usage Effectiveness of the data centers, the use of renewable electricity, and safety goals. This transaction was named “Sustainability Linked Loan of the Year, APAC” by IJGlobal Asia Pacific Awards 2024.
