Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Gurbir S. Grewal will speak at the 23rd New York Forum on Global Anti-Corruption, Ethics & Compliance that will take place June 10-11, 2025.
Mr. Grewal will join the “Where Are We Headed? Former DOJ and SEC Officials Unpack New Enforcement Priorities” panel. The discussion will focus on the evolving landscape of enforcement and new priorities of the Trump Administration, as well as practical takeaways for updating risk management, internal investigations and compliance strategies.
Mr. Grewal brings a unique blend of government experience, including his roles as a former federal prosecutor, New Jersey Attorney General, and SEC Enforcement Director, to his representation of clients across a range of regulatory enforcement and white-collar criminal matters. During his tenure as SEC Enforcement Director, Mr. Grewal oversaw all investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation conducted by the SEC and supervised a staff of more than 1,300 attorneys and accountants nationwide from 2021 to 2024.
