Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Grant Bermann will speak on an American Bar Association (ABA) webinar on July 9, 2026.
The webinar, entitled "Can Tariffs Impact the Competitive Calculus in Merger Reviews?," will discuss the role tariffs can and should play in merger analysis, including in defining the relevant market and evaluating likely competitive effects.
