Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Grant Bermann will moderate the “Antitrust Update – Clear Skies Ahead?” panel at the 2026 American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Air and Space Law on September 17 in Denver.
The panel will cover recent developments in the air and space industries as it relates to antitrust law. Mr. Bermann will be joined by Nicholas Hill (Bates White Economic Consulting), Rose Neale (Sun Country Airlines) and Mary Lehner (Freshfields).
