Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Grant Bermann has been included among the “40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40” by the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association. The award recognizes attorneys “who have distinguished themselves in their field and have demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBTQ+ equality.”
Grant’s practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust law, including merger review, litigation and government investigations. Prior to joining Milbank, he served as a Trial Attorney at the US Department of Justice, where he litigated antitrust disputes on behalf of the United States.
Grant is recognized as “Up and Coming” in Antitrust by Chambers USA and has been named a “Rising Star” by Law360 and the National Law Journal. He also is recognized by Legal 500 for Antitrust and he is listed among Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Global Antitrust & Competition Lawyers.
