Milbank LLP partner George Canellos, Global Head of the firm's Litigation & Arbitration Group and former co-director of the SEC's Division of Enforcement, will join an esteemed group of panelists at the Third Annual Judge Stanley Sporkin SEC Enforcement Panel on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.
Mr. Canellos will be joined by current SEC enforcement director David Woodcock and former SEC enforcement directors Stephanie Avakian, Rob Khuzami and Bill McLucas to share insights on the SEC's enforcement program, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). All proceeds from the event will be contributed to the scholarship established in Judge Sporkin's honor at Georgetown University Law Center.
