Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Fiona Schaeffer will moderate a panel on merger control in the Americas at the 2025 American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust in the Americas conference on Tuesday, May 20, in Cartagena, Colombia.
The panel, titled “Challenges in Cross-Border Merger Enforcement,” will discuss the evolving landscape of merger control in the Americas, the growing importance of cross-border cooperation among competition authorities and the impact of recent high-profile merger cases in shaping enforcement trends.
