Milbank LLP Global Corporate/M&A partner Evan Roberts was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of Top 100 Lawyers for 2026. The annual list highlights attorneys in the Los Angeles legal community for their legal achievements, community involvement and impact on the profession.
Evan is recognized for his work successfully leading complex private equity and investment transactions for a broad range of clients. Evan concentrates his practice in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities and corporate governance. He represents buyers, sellers, investment funds, banks and institutional investors in a variety of transactions, including multi-layered debt and equity investments, complex business and commercial arrangements, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. His experience spans a wide range of industries including technology and AI, consumer products, energy and digital infrastructure, industrials and manufacturing, healthcare, international franchises and financial services.
Evan was also recently named to the LA Times 2026 Banking and Finance Visionaries List and appointed to Law360’s Private Equity Editorial Board in recognition of his prominence in the market.
This year’s award winners were honored at an in-person awards dinner on April 16, and all honorees are showcased in the April 20 edition of the Los Angeles Business Journal.
