Eschi Rahimi-Laridjani, Milbank LLP partner and Practice Group Leader of the Tax practice, will be a featured panelist at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Taxation of Financial Products & Transactions 2026 event in New York on Monday, January 12, 2026.
Ms. Rahimi-Laridjani’s session titled, “Introduction to Securitizations,” will provide a primer on the issues that tax advisors must deal with in the world of securitizations. Topics include considerations and organizational features of collateralized loan obligation structures, common tax concerns of asset backed securities (ABS), and issues and structures specific to mortgage-backed securities.
