Milbank LLP Transportation and Space partner Drew Fine moderated the Finance Panel, titled “New Frontiers in Aviation Finance” at the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) Americas conference on March 7, 2023. The panel included speakers from Deutsche Bank, Apollo, MUFG and AB CarVal.
Mr. Fine, Chair of Milbank’s Finance Practice and Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Transportation and Space Group, has extensive experience in a wide variety of international financial and corporate transactions. He has worked on the most significant ABS and financings, including public offerings and private placement of securities (equipment notes, EETCs), acquisitions, loyalty financings, leveraged leasing, secured and unsecured lending, cross-border financings, structured financings, restructurings, workouts and credit enhancements.
