LONDON, December 10, 2014 – Financial Restructuring Partner and Practice Head Dennis Dunne has been named a 2014 Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer by Turnarounds & Workouts. The annual report, which honors just 12 attorneys nationwide, recognized Mr. Dunne’s outstanding achievements for his roles advising the secured creditors of worldwide dry shipping company Genco, Momentive’s ad hoc creditors’ committee holding $400 million of second lien notes, the first lien group in the restructuring of Cengage Learning, Citibank in the chapter 11 restructuring of Energy Future Holdings, and his continued work advising an ad hoc group of bondholders in the complex, cross-border Nortel Networks bankruptcy. Mr. Dunne was previously recognized as an Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer by Turnarounds & Workouts in 2008 and 2011.
