Colleen Roh Sinzdak, Supreme Court and Appellate partner at Milbank LLP, will speak at the 2026 Bench & Bar® Conference hosted by the Federal Circuit Bar Association in Boca Raton, Florida, on June 19.
As a panelist on the US Supreme Court Review panel, Ms. Sinzdak will discuss recent highlights and trends in recent Supreme Court decisions relevant to the federal circuit community. Ms. Sinzdak has argued 11 cases before the Supreme Court and has worked on major Supreme Court cases at Milbank, including VOS Selections v. Trump (the tariffs case) and Wolford v. Lopez (the defense of a Hawaii gun law against a Second Amendment challenge).
