On October 8, Antonia Apps, a partner in Milbank’s Litigation & Arbitration Group, will participate in a panel discussion at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers 2021 White Collar Seminar & Fall Board Meeting in Washington, DC.
The panel, titled “The Impact of Supreme Court Decisions and their Progeny on White Collar Prosecutions,” will feature Ms. Apps; Noel Francisco, Jones Day; Alexandra Shapiro, Shapiro Arato Bach; Seth Waxman, WilmerHale; and moderator Abbe David Lowell, Winston & Strawn.
Ms. Apps is a former federal prosecutor and nationally recognized trial attorney with experience in criminal and civil matters. She has tried more than 15 criminal and civil cases, argued numerous appeals and evidentiary motions, and is regularly recognized as a formidable litigator by the legal and business press.
