Milbank has been recognized as one of the leading US firms in London in The Lawyer’s latest Transatlantic data analysis, which leverages IFLR1000 rankings to provide a more holistic view of market strength than headcount or number of ranked practices alone.
In the analysis, Milbank ranked second overall among the US 50 firms assessed, reflecting both the quality of a firm’s rankings and the breadth of its London offering. Milbank’s performance is particularly notable given the relative size of its London office. The article highlights Milbank’s strong rankings footprint across lending, high yield, project development, project finance and restructuring.
The Lawyer noted that the firm has achieved a broader rankings footprint despite having a significantly smaller London lawyer base than several competitors, describing the firm as “one of the most efficient performers in the dataset”.
