Milbank Litigation & Arbitration partner Charles Evans will chair the ‘Privilege in Regulatory Investigations’ panel at the Legal Week Commercial Litigation & Arbitration Forum on 3rd November at the Hilton Waldorf in London. The panel will explore the various incarnations of regulatory privilege and which documents generated as part of regulatory investigations can, and cannot, be used in future civil litigation procedures.
