Partner and Global Chair of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group, Dennis Dunne, will participate in a panel discussing “The Demise of the US Bankruptcy Lawyer” at the Distressed Investing Conference on December 3rd, 2025 in New York. Mr. Dunne will be joined by bankruptcy partners from other firms, to discuss the continued utility and necessity of chapter 11 and restructuring more generally. The panel will examine how the practice has evolved over the past 30 years, with a focus on recent developments such as mass torts, private credit and complex capital structures.
This is the 32nd annual Distressed Investing Conference dedicated to distressed investing, alternative investments, and special situations. The conference will feature special presentations from keynote speakers, live panel discussions with industry experts and networking with other insolvency professionals.
