Mr. Charleston has nearly two decades of experience advising lenders, ad hoc creditor groups, borrowers and sponsors on a broad range of debt financing transactions, including direct and syndicated financing transactions, liability management transactions, stressed, distressed, rescue and other special situations financings, and in-court and out-of-court restructurings across a range of industries, including aviation, gaming, retail, media, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, energy, security and healthcare.

Mr. Charleston joins from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he served as partner in the Special Situations and Capital Solutions practices. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School, magna cum laude, and his B.A. from Monmouth University, magna cum laude.
