Alternative Investments Practice partners Eric Moser, Deborah Festa and James Warbey, will speak at the 3rd Annual CLO Summit in Carlsbad, CA on December 2-4, 2015. Mr. Moser will moderate a panel titled “How to Analyze Structural Features of a CLO” while Ms. Festa and Mr. Warbey will speak on the “Launching a CLO Platform” and “Legal and Regulatory Issues” panels, respectively. Eschi Rahimi-Laridjani, special counsel in Milbank’s Tax Group, will also speak at the conference as a panelist on the “Accounting and Tax” panel. The CLO Summit, hosted by Opal Financial Group, brings together industry experts, including investors, issuers, underwriters and rating agencies, to address developments in the growing field of asset-backed finance.
