Milbank LLP is pleased to announce that associate Flora Wang has been named a 2026 Rising Star by Asian Legal Business (ALB) in Hong Kong. The recognition showcases Hong Kong’s most promising next generation of standout lawyers who have consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, legal expertise and innovative approaches to client service, solidifying their reputations as future leaders of the profession.
In its fourth annual list, ALB recognizes emerging legal talent under 40 years of age who have earned strong praise from their clients and colleagues. The selection process involves extensive consultation with market participants and independent research by ALB’s editorial team.
Ms. Wang is a member of Milbank’s Corporate Finance and Securities Group in the firm’s Hong Kong office. She advises leading corporations and financial institutions on equity and debt capital markets transactions across Asia, with a particular focus on the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Ms. Wang recently advised on Hotel101 Global Holdings Corporation’s Nasdaq listing, the first Filipino-owned company to trade on the exchange, and on Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation’s IPO, which was named 2024’s Best Mid-Cap Equity Deal of the Year by Alpha Southeast Asia.
