Milbank LLP acted as special New York counsel to Viaducto Bicentenario, S.A. de C.V., as borrower, in connection with a MXN$6.4 billion (approximately USD$355 million) financing comprising a MXN$3.2 billion New York credit facility and a MXN$3.2 billion Mexican credit facility.
The Viaducto Bicentenario is an elevated road owned by Aleatica that was built and is operated based on a concession granted by the government of the State of Mexico.
