Milbank advised leading Malaysian leisure and entertainment company Tune Group Sdn Bhd. in connection with its sale of 100% equity interest in Caterham Cars Group Ltd (“Caterham”) to VT Holdings.
Founded by Tony Fernandes, group CEO of AirAsia, Asia’s largest low-cost carrier, Tune Group is a global innovator in affordable and accessible entertainment products and services.
Caterham is a renowned British manufacturer of specialty sports cars. Well-known for its Caterham 7 model and a rich racing history spanning more than 60 years, the Caterham F1 Team competed in the Formula One World Championship from 2012 to 2014.
The Milbank team was led by Singapore Transportation & Space partner Paul Ng and supported by associates Hui Ling Teo and Min Kim.
