Milbank LLP advised Transportadora de Gas del Peru S.A. (“TgP”) in connection with a $330 million syndicated term loan facility.
Lima-based TgP is Peru’s largest transporter of natural gas and natural gas liquids, primarily serving the country’s Pacific coastline region.
The Milbank deal team was led by Corporate Finance and Securities partner Carlos Albarracín with associates Marco Zaldívar and Pamela Molina.
