Milbank LLP represented Royal Bank of Canada as administrative agent in connection with a new $600 million revolving loan facility for CSG Systems International Inc. (NASDAQ:CSGS) (“CSG Systems”) which replaces CSG System’s previous credit arrangement.
CSG Systems is a Colorado-based business support solutions provider.
