Milbank LLP advised Qualco FIN Limited (“Qualco”) in connection with the sale of QQuant Master Servicer Cyprus Limited (“QQuant”) to Astrobank Public Company Limited (“Astrobank”). QQuant is an independent servicer of non-performing loans that combines rich experience in retail and wholesale NPL management and cutting-edge financial technology. The deal included a framework agreement between Astrobank and Qualco for the continuing cooperation on servicing certain non-performing loans.
