Milbank LLP advised the purchasers in connection with a private placement of notes by South Jersey Gas Company (“South Jersey Gas”) and Elizabethtown Gas Company (“Elizabethtown Gas”). The offering included first mortgage bonds from South Jersey Gas and first mortgage bonds from Elizabethtown Gas.
South Jersey Gas and Elizabethtown Gas are subsidiaries of South Jersey Industries, Inc., which delivers safe, reliable and affordable natural gas to customers in New Jersey.
