Milbank LLP advised the purchasers in connection with a private placement for South Jersey Industries, Inc.’s (“SJI”) 7.375% fixed-to-fixed reset rate subordinated notes due June 9, 2056.
SJI is an energy infrastructure holding company headquartered in New Jersey. Through its primary subsidiary, SJI Utilities, SJI delivers safe, reliable and affordable natural gas service to approximately 750,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers across New Jersey.
