Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP advised institutional investors and commercial bank lenders in the $685 million financing of the development, construction and operation of the Carlsbad Energy Center, a 500MW Natural Gas-Fired Generating Facility in Carlsbad, California. The project is sponsored by NRG Repowering Holdings LLC.
The Milbank team was led by Jonathan Green, partner and co-chair of Milbank’s Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group, with associates Michael Evry, Linda Brabant, Genevieve Fox and Delia Solomon.
