Milbank Advises Managers on Landmark Share Capital Increase of Alpha Services and Holdings S.A.

Alpha Services and Holdings S.A., holding company of Alpha Bank S.A. which is one of Greece’s largest financial institutions, has successfully completed its offering, through a non-preemptive issue, of 800,000,000 new ordinary registered voting shares with a nominal value of €0.30 each to institutional investors internationally and to retail and qualified investors in Greece at an offer price of €1.00 per new share, generating proceeds of €800 million.

Milbank LLP advised Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and J.P. Morgan AG, as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, and the other managers in connection with the offering to institutional investors internationally.
