Milbank LLP advised the lenders in connection with three credit facilities granted to Arcos Dorados Comércio de Alimentos S.A., for an aggregate principal amount of $150 million.
Arcos Dorados is the world’s largest independent McDonald’s franchisee, with the right to own, operate and grant franchises in 20 countries and territories in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The Milbank deal team was led by Marcelo Mottesi, chair of Milbank’s Corporate Finance and Securities practice and co-head of the firm’s Latin America group, with special counsel Gonzalo Guitart, associate Fernando Quezada and international attorney Hugo Bruzone.
