Milbank LLP advised Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, as global coordinators, mandated lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, in connection with the MXN$10 billion (approximately US$580 million) secured term loan facility for Organización de Proyectos de Infraestructura, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("OPI") and cross-border intercreditor arrangements with existing creditors. Banco Santander México and BBVA México also participated as lenders in the transaction.  OPI is a subsidiary of Aleatica, a global transport infrastructure operator focused on the design, construction and management of toll roads, highways and other mobility assets across Europe and Latin America. Aleatica is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IFM Investors, an Australian global infrastructure fund.

The financing was used to refinance existing indebtedness incurred by OPI in connection with the construction and operation of a toll road known as Circuito Exterior Mexiquense by OPI's subsidiary Conmex, one of Mexico’s largest toll-road concessionaires. The transaction closed on September 14, 2026.

The Milbank deal team was led by Corporate Finance and Securities partner Carlos Albarracín, and included special counsel Andrés Osornio, associates Fernando Quezada and Ronny Vaisman and international attorney Héctor Ávila.
