Milbank LLP, alongside the Madrid office of Hogan Lovells LLP, has advised The Engineered Stone Group Limited (a member of the Cranemere group) in its acquisition of the assets of Forms and Design in Shower Tray, S.L. and Akire Style, S.L. (a leading Spanish manufacturer of engineered stone shower trays, washbasins and panels), including advising on the senior financing to finance the acquisition.
