Milbank LLP advised BNP Paribas as mandated lead arranger and facility agent in connection with the establishment of a Sinosure-covered import financing facility for YPF Energía Eléctrica S.A. (“YPF Luz”) and an initial term loan financing of $30 million, the proceeds of which will be used to fund capital costs related to the CASA Wind Farm in Southern Argentina. YPF Luz is a leading electricity generation company in Argentina and a subsidiary of YPF S.A.
