Milbank LLP advised Guggenheim Securities, LLC and Wells Fargo Bank, as joint arrangers and joint bookrunners and Wells Fargo Bank, as administrative agent in connection with the financing of a $385 million term loan for Spencer Gifts, LLC and Spirit Halloween, LLC. Spencer Gifts, LLC is a lifestyle retail company operating the Spencer’s and Spirit Halloween brands throughout the United States and Canada.
