Federal government behavioral health services provider Armed Forces Services Corporation (AFSC) has agreed to be acquired by Magellan Health, Inc. The transaction is valued at $117.5 million, plus a $10 million earn-out opportunity.
Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP advised Armed Forces Services Corporation in the transaction with a deal team led by Corporate partner Roland Hlawaty with Corporate associates Broderick Henry and Daniel Tyrrell; Executive Compensation partner Joel Krasnow and associate James Beebe; and Tax special counsel Max Goodman.
