Milbank LLP advised Ambrosia Capital Hellas AEPEY acting as lead underwriter in connection with Intralot S.A.’s share capital increase in cash and with preemption rights concluded in October 2023. The share capital increase was fully subscribed for, raising total proceeds of €135 million.
