Recognizing a series of innovative deals as well as the expansion of its corporate transactions team, Mergers & Acquisitions magazine has named Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP its “Law Firm of the Year.”
Mergers & Acquisitions, which focuses primarily on the middle markets, named Milbank the number one advisor in its ninth annual M&A Mid-Market Awards, honoring firms and professionals who outpaced the competition in what was recognized as a challenging environment for mid-market transactions.
