Mark Scarsi Recognized by Daily Journal as one of the “Top 75 IP Litigators” for 2014

For the second year in a row, Mark C. Scarsi, Los Angeles Intellectual Property partner, has been selected by the Daily Journal, California’s leading legal news provider, as one of the “Top 75 IP Litigators” in California. The article highlights Mr. Scarsi’s leading role in scoring two defense jury verdicts in patent infringement cases.

The Daily Journal’s annual “Top IP Lawyers” list features the Top 75 IP Litigators, and the Top 25 IP Portfolio Managers in the state. Attorneys are selected for their work and achievements in the intellectual property arena.

Mr. Scarsi is an accomplished litigator with a strong background in computer software and related technology. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Scarsi worked for seven years as a software engineer, designing and developing detection and signal processing computer systems for US defense applications. Mr. Scarsi has litigated intellectual property cases in district courts around the country as well as before the International Trade Commission.
