Transportation and Space associates are once again lecturing as part of the Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance program held by the Law Society of Ireland on 7 February 2019 in Dublin. Associates Ben Godsell and Ben Andrews will be taking the participants (with legal, engineering or finance backgrounds) through the primary provisions of an aircraft lease and analysing the common negotiation points which are likely to be of importance to each of the lessor the lessee. The session will give the participants examples of the practical applications and impacts of such provisions.
