Strengthens firm’s cross-border M&A, capital markets and corporate practices in key European hub
FRANKFURT, March 2, 2015 – Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy announced that Arndt Stengel, a leading German-based corporate and M&A lawyer, is joining the firm as a Corporate partner in the Frankfurt office.
For more than 20 years, Mr. Stengel has focused on international mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and corporate matters. He regularly advises publicly listed companies, financial institutions and investors in transactions. He also represents clients on corporate and financial restructurings. Recognized as one of Germany’s top corporate and M&A advisers, Mr. Stengel is recommended by Chambers, Legal 500, Juve and Best Lawyers.
