Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Grant Bermann will speak at the 2026 Global Merger Control conference hosted by Global Competition Review (GCR) in Brussels on October 22.
Mr. Bermann will speak on the “Rethinking Merger Control: Policy and Substance” panel, covering changes to merger guidelines across the US, EU and UK. He will be joined by Thomas McGrath (Freshfields), Helen Gornall (De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek), Fernando Iscar Rüland (Thyssenkrupp), Bruce Kilpatrick (Linklaters) and Hara Nikolopoulou (Hellenic Competition Commission).
