Ms. Sakai’s practice centers on New York law advice in the areas of capital markets, M&A, corporate, financing transactions and corporate governance. She has comprehensive experience across a broad range of industries, including infrastructure, financial services, real estate, education, manufacturing and retail. Ms. Walther-Meade’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of private credit providers, financial institutions, multilateral and export credit agencies and other lenders, as well as financial sponsors, corporate developers and industrial groups. She has extensive experience in cross-border financings and international project finance and development, with an emphasis on oil and gas, infrastructure, energy projects and mining throughout Latin America.
